  • I’ve had two separate issues treated by Natalie at Advance In Motion Physical Therapy, and both times she got me back to my normal routine using a range of therapeutic techniques. She provided at-home exercises to speed up my recovery and even coordinated directly with my strength trainer to ensure a smoother transition back into the gym. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and their professionalism and guidance made a real difference in my recovery. I’d highly recommend Natalie and the team to anyone looking for attentive, personalized care.

My physical therapist listens to you and what you have going on, not just what your PT orders say. Very attentive and explains what he's doing and what it helps. I have only had a handful of sessions to build core due to lumbar issues. So far, I have felt like my needs matter and I count.
