Everything here is general education about physical therapy and the conditions we treat. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for being evaluated by a qualified clinician who can put hands on you.

Reading this site, filling in a form, or sending us a message does not create a therapist-patient relationship. That begins at your first visit.

Never delay or disregard advice from your physician or therapist because of something you read here. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Forms and messages

Forms on this site are for requesting an appointment or asking a general question. Please do not use them for anything urgent, and do not send detailed medical records or images through them. Urgent matters should go to (910) 782-2150 during clinic hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm.

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is booked when a member of our team confirms it with you.

Accuracy

We work to keep the information on this site correct and current, including hours, services and team members. Things change. We do not guarantee that every page is complete or error-free at any given moment, and outcomes described anywhere on this site are examples, not promises. Recovery depends on your condition, your history, and your participation in the plan.

Content and trademarks

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Advance in Motion Physical Therapy or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for personal use. Please do not copy or republish them commercially without our written permission.
