Work here.

One patient at a time, a real caseload, and a team that does not double-book you.

You did not get a doctorate to write home exercise printouts

You know the version of this job we are talking about. Three patients on the clock at once. A tech running the exercise while you chart. Fifteen minutes of hands on someone who needed forty. Then the productivity number lands in your inbox anyway.

Most therapists who leave clinical practice do not leave because they stopped caring. They leave because they were not allowed to practice the way they were trained.

That is the problem this clinic was built around.

How we actually run

One patient, one clinician, one room. Our promise to every patient on this site is that they are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit, with the same clinician from evaluation to discharge. That promise is only keepable if we protect your schedule, so we do.

  • You own the case. Cause-first evaluation, your clinical reasoning, your plan.
  • Every plan has an endpoint. We move patients through four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent, and we discharge them when they are done. Nobody here is padding a caseload.
  • You get a full 40 minutes with a new patient, because the evaluation is where the outcome is decided.
  • A front office that does the front office work. Check-in, benefits verification and scheduling belong to our Patient Care Manager and Patient Care Coordinator, not to you between visits.
  • A team of four treating Doctors of Physical Therapy, so there is always someone to think out loud with.

Now hiring: full-time Physical Therapist

We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Wilmington location. We want someone who loves working with patients, enjoys diagnosing problems, and is passionate about optimizing outcomes so people can live better lives. Some experience in physical therapy is preferred, and you will be treating a wide variety of patients, so you should be comfortable working across different age groups, from athletes to seniors.

A full-time license in North Carolina is required. You should be comfortable working independently and making decisions on your own, while also enjoying collaboration with your peers.

Who fits here

We are looking for a licensed physical therapist who wants a real caseload rather than a conveyor belt, and who is:

  • Dependable. More reliable than spontaneous.
  • People-oriented. You enjoy interacting with people and working alongside a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible. You are comfortable with frequent shifts in direction.
  • Detail-oriented. You would rather get the details of the work right than skim the surface.
  • Loyal to your peers. We have got your back, and we need you to have ours too.

Pay and benefits

We prefer our physical therapists not to work multiple jobs to make a living, so our base salary, bonus structure, and benefits package are built with that in mind, along with a structured mentorship program and unlimited CEUs.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Accrued PTO
  • CEU reimbursement
  • Holiday pay
  • Flexible scheduling, including part-time or full-time arrangements when your life calls for it

What it is like to work here

We are family-owned and operated, and intend to stay that way. A few things that are true here every week, not just in a job posting:

  • Staff training. We invest in mindset, skillset, and networking development throughout the year, with ongoing continuing education and career development for every provider.
  • Clinical development. All clinicians meet monthly for education, covering things like joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, and blood flow restriction, among others.
  • Positive culture. We spend a lot of time at work, so we work hard, do a good job, and have fun doing it.
  • Career advancement. Whether you are a new grad PT or a front-office standout, the goal is to help you build a career you are actually passionate about. Growth opportunities are not limited to clinicians either. We have room for the right people in marketing, administration, and operations too.
