Accessibility statement.
Our commitment
Advance in Motion Physical Therapy wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website. We have worked to build this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely used standard for web accessibility.
Measures we have taken
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and a "skip to main content" link on every page.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and empty alt text for purely decorative ones.
- Forms with visible, programmatically associated labels, inline error messages announced to assistive technology, and correct autocomplete attributes.
- Keyboard access to every interactive element, including the mobile menu, dropdown menus, accordions, and the appointment request form, with a visible focus indicator.
- Color and text combinations checked against WCAG AA contrast requirements.
- Scroll and reveal animations that respect your operating system's "reduce motion" setting and that do not depend on JavaScript to remain readable.
- Page content that reflows without horizontal scrolling at narrow widths and at high browser zoom levels.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We review this site periodically, including whenever we add new pages or features, and we correct issues as they are found.
Known limitations
Some content on this site is delivered by third-party services we do not control, and their accessibility depends on the vendor:
- The embedded Google Maps directions panel is provided by Google and reflects Google's own accessibility support.
- The Google review widget on the homepage is provided by a third-party reviews platform (Elfsight) and reflects that vendor's own accessibility support.
- The "Make a Payment" link opens our payment processor's own site (PromptEMR), which is outside our control.
If you encounter a barrier anywhere on this site, including within one of these third-party tools, please use the contact information below. If a tool cannot be made accessible to you, we will complete your request by phone instead.
