We screen the motions a swing needs.
Your swing is limited by what your body can actually do. We measure that first, then fix the restriction that’s costing you the shot.
What It Is
Early extension. A slide. A backswing that keeps getting shorter. Most of those aren’t bad habits you picked up. They’re compensations for something your body has quietly stopped being able to do.
So we screen the parts a swing runs on: hip rotation, mid-back rotation, shoulder mobility, ankle mobility, and how well your upper body can separate from your lower.
Then we match each restriction to what your swing is actually doing and treat it. Hands-on work for what’s stiff, loading for what’s weak, and drills that put the new motion back into the swing instead of leaving it on the table.
We handle the body, your coach handles the swing
What It Helps
If your back aches by the back nine, or your distance quietly left without saying goodbye, that’s a body problem.

Not at all. Your coach owns the swing. We own the body underneath it. When a cue keeps not sticking, it’s often because the motion your coach is asking for isn’t available yet. We give it back, and the lesson finally lands.
No. Weekend golfers get the most out of this, honestly. If you play a handful of rounds a year and pay for every one of them with two sore days, the fix is almost always mobility and strength rather than technique.
Yes, and lost distance is usually the polite warning that comes before the pain. Rotation you can’t reach has to be borrowed from somewhere else, and the place it gets borrowed from is the place that eventually hurts. Coming in now is cheaper than coming in later.
