Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up in Dallas, Texas and went to school at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. I graduated with by B.A in Psychology in 2022.

I have worked in various front desk positions in different areas of work and the skills that I have gained through my time and experience at those places have helped succeed in my role as a patient care coordinator.

I understand that miscommunication happens sometimes and I always like to be 100% transparent with patients and make sure that we are communicating everything to them in a way that either helps them or makes it easier for them to communicate with us.

I am the patient care coordinator, and I help patients get checked in, answer any questions they may have, verify patients’ insurance, and help patients get scheduled for their appointments.

I like working with a close tight-knit group of people because I truly believe it helps us thrive more as a team. I am a very caring and helpful person so to work in a place where we pride ourselves in helping others is something that makes me proud to work here and be apart of this team.
